最新SABER费用分为：PC证书费用，以及SC批次证书费: 

PCoC：Fees of Product Certificate. 
SCoC：Fees of Shipment Certificate.

以上费用不包含：产品检测费用，高风险类别审厂费，验货费；
The above fees exclude: product testing fee, high risk category audit fee, inspection fee.
